1) We have Toilet and Bathroom as Separate Unit in The Rear Section of the Property.

2) The Toilet and Bathroom are Shared Between the Guests in Pvt. Rooms and Dormitory(Shared Rooms)

3) The Maximum Capacity of our Property is Only 7 Guest (Combined all Rooms) . Government Norms Recommends for Every 5 person there needs to be Washroom. However, we meet and exceed Government Recommendations as we've only 7 person sharing 2 Washrooms (One Toilet and One Bathroom).

However, on average there are no More than 50% of Capacity (i;e 4 Persons) sharing the 2 (Two) Washrooms .

4) Toilet is equipped with Western Combo'd with a Jet and Bidet and Toilet Tissue Roll and Liquid Soap Dispenser with a Wash Basin. The Toilet is Sanitizatised Regularly whenever, you flush as the Cistern is always filled with disinfectant

1. Incidental charges – A security deposit is also called an incidental deposit. Incidental charges are the costs of services and items not included in the main bill. Hotels request this deposit upon check-in for both parties’ ease of mind. High-end hotels and resorts usually charge a higher rate. Incidental charges include:

Hotel activities – water sports
Hotel services – spa and wellness services
In-room dining
Hotel restaurant dining

These services and activities are deducted from your deposit upon check-out. They will reimburse the difference or add any excess amount to your bill.

2. Damage to property – Whether you stained some sheets or cracked a bathroom mirror, the security deposit ensures the establishment that you will cover these damages. 3.
